Chris Caprino CHST,CSMP

Founder & Principal

Chris began his construction career as an industrial electrician before going on to study at the Georgia Institute of Technology. As a craftsman he witnessed firsthand, flawed and/or nonexistent safety cultures, before actively transitioning into a role within compliance. Merging 15+ years of compliance expertise as a dedicated site safety professional and Corporate Safety HSE & Loss Control Director, Chris is sharing his skillset with the workforce as an HSS consultant.

Karen Smyth

Co-Founder & Safety Professional

Karen comes with a Masters degree in Industial Hygiene and an extensive safety career to include construction and general industry. She has 20+ years of safety experience in the New York, New York area. Once the lead safety professional for the Deutsche Bank rebuild post 9/11, Karen has been invaluable to the success of many unique industrial projects.
